Chicken Marinade

What you do tonight can make a big difference for tomorrow’s dinner. Adding marinades and rubs to your meat and letting them rest overnight can really help zazz up your paleo diet and help you stick to the plan. Don’t get bored with plain chicken, rub it with some marjoram, rosemary and pepper the night before or even the morning of, then cook it on a bed of lemon slices!! Make sure to let the meat come to room temp after you pull it out of the fridge, it really helps mend the flavors.
